Spell Check
Runs spelling check across the active worksheet.
Move One Cell (Arrows)
Moves cursor one cell up, down, left, or right.
Jump to Boundary of Data
Jumps to last non-empty cell in the current data direction.
Jump to First Cell (A1)
Instantly moves active cell focus back to cell A1.
Jump to Last Used Cell
Moves focus to bottom-right cell in sheet data range.
Page Down (One Screen)
Scrolls the worksheet view down by one visible window height.
Page Up (One Screen)
Scrolls the worksheet view up by one visible window height.
Scroll Right (One Screen)
Scrolls view horizontally to the right by one screen width.
Scroll Left (One Screen)
Scrolls view horizontally to the left by one screen width.
Switch to Next Sheet
Switches to the next worksheet tab on the right.
Switch to Previous Sheet
Switches to the previous worksheet tab on the left.
Extend Selection One Cell
Expands the highlighted cell range by one cell.
Select to Data Boundary
Selects all continuous cells in arrow direction.
Select Entire Column
Selects all rows in the active column from top to bottom.
Select Entire Row
Selects all columns in the active row from left to right.
Select from Active to A1
Extends cell selection from active position back to top-left A1.
Select from Active to Last Cell
Extends cell selection all the way to the bottom-right corner.
Toggle Bold Font
Applies or removes bold styling on selected cells.
Toggle Italic Font
Applies or removes italic slant on selected cells.
Toggle Underline
Applies or removes single underline on cell values.
Toggle Strikethrough
Draws a line through middle of text in selected cells.
Format as Currency (₹ / $)
Applies standard currency formatting with two decimals.
Format as Percentage (%)
Applies percentage format with zero decimal places.
Format as Date (DD-MMM-YY)
Applies day, three-letter month, and two-digit year format.
Format as Number (2 Decimals)
Applies comma thousand separator and two decimal places.
Apply General Format
Clears specific number formats and resets cell to General.
