Excel mein logical functions automated business decisions ka foundation hain.
Excel mein har condition evaluate hokar do values return karti hai:
TRUE: Condition sahi hai.FALSE: Condition galat hai.| Operator | Meaning | Example | Evaluated Result |
|---|---|---|---|
= | Equal to | =10 = 10 | TRUE |
> | Greater than | =10 > 5 | TRUE |
< | Less than | =10 < 5 | FALSE |
>= | Greater than or equal to | =A1 >= 33 | Depends on A1 |
<= | Less than or equal to | =A1 <= 100 | Depends on A1 |
<> | Not equal to | =A1 <> 30 | Depends on A1 |
Ek condition check karta hai: TRUE hone par ek result aur FALSE hone par doosra result return karta hai:
=IF(logical_test, value_if_true, [value_if_false])
Examples:
=IF(A2 >= 33, "Pass", "Fail")
=IF(A2 >= 50000, "Target Achieved", "Target Not Achieved")
=IF(A2 = "", "", IF(A2 >= 33, "Pass", "Fail"))
[!IMPORTANT]
IFfunction mein text values ko hamesha double quotes ("Pass") mein likhein, jabki numbers (5000,0) bina quotes ke likhe jate hain.
=IF(A2>=33, "Pass", "Fail") lagayein.=IF(A2<=10, "Reorder Alert", "Stock OK").Practice live Excel formulas directly in your browser. Real calculation verified by HyperFormula.
