Microsoft 365 ke modern text functions text manipulation ko 10x fast aur accurate bana dete hain.
=TEXTBEFORE(text, delimiter, [instance_num], [match_mode], [match_end], [if_not_found])
=TEXTAFTER(text, delimiter, [instance_num], [match_mode], [match_end], [if_not_found])
A2 = "Folder/Subfolder/Report_Final.xlsx"
=TEXTAFTER(A2, "/", -1)
// Output: "Report_Final.xlsx" (Extracts file name after the LAST slash!)
match_mode = 1 case-insensitive matching enable karta hai.if_not_found = "Not Found" formula ko #N/A error throw karne se bachata hai.Ek single cell ke text ko multiple delimiters (jaise comma aur semicolon dono) par split karna:
=TEXTSPLIT(A2, {",", ";", "|"})
Split into Rows Instead of Columns:
=TEXTSPLIT(A2, , CHAR(10)) // Splits by Line Break into vertical rows!
[!TIP] Agar multi-split mein blank values aayein (e.g.
"A,,B"), toignore_empty = TRUEset karein:=TEXTSPLIT(A2, ",", , TRUE)
