Conditional functions Excel ki sabse powerful reporting engine hain jo specific business rules ke according data calculate karti hain.
| Operator | Meaning | Static Formula Example | Dynamic Cell Ref Example |
|---|---|---|---|
= | Equal to | "Sales" | E2 |
> | Greater than | ">50000" | ">" & E2 |
>= | Greater than or equal to | ">=25000" | ">=" & E2 |
< | Less than | "<10000" | "<" & E2 |
<= | Less than or equal to | "<=5000" | "<=" & E2 |
<> | Not equal to (Exclude) | "<>Cancelled" | "&<>" & E2 |
[!IMPORTANT] Jab aap kisi cell reference (jaise
E2) ko comparison operator ke saath use karte hain, to operator ko quotes mein aur cell ko&se jodein:=COUNTIF(C2:C100, ">=" & E2)
* (Asterisk): Zero ya multiple unknown characters ko match karta hai:
"A*" → Har wo text jo A se shuru ho (Amit, Anil, Apple)."*Excel*" → Text jisme kahin bhi Excel word ho.? (Question Mark): Exactly 1 single character ko match karta hai:
"A?it" → Amit, Ajit match karega, lekin Abhijit nahi.~ (Tilde): Actual * ya ? symbol ko literal character ke roop mein search karne ke liye escape char hai ("~*").A se start hone wale items count karein =COUNTIF(A2:A100, "A*").25000 likhein aur formula =COUNTIF(Sales, ">=" & E2) test karein.Practice live Excel formulas directly in your browser.
